  1. Grant of License This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") may be used by the licensee for personal or internal business purposes only. Each purchased license grants the right to host and use one (1) single instance of the Software. The licensee is permitted to modify the Software for their own use.

  2. Definitions a. "Instance" refers to a single installation of the Software on a single physical or virtual server, or a single cloud-based deployment. b. "Licensee" refers to the individual or entity that has purchased a license to use the Software. c. "Modify" or "modification" refers to any change, addition, or deletion to the Software's source code.

  3. License Scope and Limitations a. One license is required for each instance of the Software. b. The licensee may not use a single license to host multiple instances of the Software. c. Additional instances require the purchase of additional licenses. d. The licensee may modify the Software for their own use, but may not distribute, sell, or transfer the modified version to any third party.

  4. Restrictions a. The licensee may not use the Software to host services for third parties. b. The licensee may not sell, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software, including any modified versions. c. The licensee may not distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software or any portion thereof, including any modified versions. d. The licensee may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software.

  5. Ownership and Intellectual Property a. This license does not transfer ownership of the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold. b. All modifications made to the Software by the licensee shall be the property of the licensee, but this does not grant any rights to distribute or sell such modifications. c. The licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the original Software, including all intellectual property rights.

  6. Updates and Maintenance The licensor is not obligated to provide updates, bug fixes, or support for the Software unless separately agreed upon in writing. This includes any issues arising from modifications made by the licensee.

  7. Confidentiality The licensee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Software and not to disclose any proprietary information relating to the Software to any third party.

  8. Term and Termination a. This license is effective until terminated. b. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. c. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, including modified versions, in your possession.

  9. Warranty Disclaimer THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY MODIFICATIONS MADE BY THE LICENSEE.

  10. Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE, OR ANY MODIFICATIONS MADE BY THE LICENSEE.

  11. Modifications to License Terms a. The licensor reserves the right to modify, alter, or update the terms of this license at any time and at its sole discretion. b. The licensor will make reasonable efforts to notify licensees of any material changes to the license terms. c. Continued use of the Software after any such changes shall constitute the licensee's consent to such changes. d. It is the licensee's responsibility to regularly review the license terms for any changes.

  12. Export Regulations The Software may be subject to export laws and regulations. The licensee agrees to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to the Software.

  13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from this license shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Estonia.

  14. Entire Agreement This license constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.

  15. Severability If any provision of this license is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  16. Audit Rights The licensor reserves the right to audit the licensee's use of the Software to ensure compliance with the terms of this license. The licensee agrees to cooperate with any such audit and provide reasonable access to records and systems as necessary.

By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.
